Venezuelan model Aleira Avendaño, 25, is willing to go the distance to achieve a radical hourglass shape. She went through liposuction and plastic surgery on her nose, mouth, and butt. She also got three boob jobs in order to attain her 34DD breasts.

But her most extreme beauty measure is that she has been wearing a corset 23 hours every day for the last six years in order to have to 20-inch-waist.

"I wash myself and rest for an hour and then I put it on again," she told Barcroft TV. "At first, it was terrible, then I got used to it, and the belt became a necessity. When I did not have it, my skin would itch. At the beginning it was really hard but now it is a feeling not of pain but of pressure."

While the model has her fair share of fans (her Twitter account has over 75,000 followers), her lifestyle also draws her a great deal of criticism.

"They say I have too much surgery, that I don't have ribs and that I am a man," she told Barcroft TV. "It is totally false! I am a girl. And people say I am an extraterrestrial!"

The two bottom lights are street lights and the huge orange light hovered over the water for quite some time. Making no sound at all it would blink quickly and change direction like no other aircraft. My Batteries kept dying even brand new batteries wouldn't work at the time. These lights have been appearing over Lake winnipeg for about 2 weeks in a row every 2nd day from 11 to 11:30pm. After the camera died another light appeared behind the orange light going left to right quickly. There are tons of reports of sightings of the same sort.

I will try get more video when I can. Many other reports include lightning shooting from the water into the sky and dancing lights and zig zagging white lights at amazing speeds. I see about 3 - 7 Meteors go across the sky a night. That is very unusual at the time.

I`ve already got a comment saying that its the moon, No it is not. The 2nd bottom light from the left, notice how the UFO is on the left side of it, at the end of the video it willl be on the right, it moves up and down too.

Fundamentally no fricasseed sustenance -aside from a handful of blue corn chips set up of bread -or liquor (exceptionally hard removing the nourishment aggregation regarded as WINE) and no doltish stuff like fries, acrid cream, or high sugar products of the soil (do a quest for sugar content in apples and oranges -you'll find records. Berries are level, pinapple and papaya (my fave) are high.)

Hey, whats up guys? So on this video, youre going to be finding out how I super-learn things. Basically, how you can regurgitate the information from anything like this.\r
\r
So people learn differently. Some people are good with listening, some people are good with just reading, so regurgitating fs from books, so if they are good in school, thats pretty much you, and some people; they are not really great at memory. So, what have I ually created.I shouldnt say created, but engineered, that works for me, is I combined all three.\r
\r
When you look at learning, you have got kinesthetic; so, touch. You feel a book, you create something, you are building something. You learn that way.\r
\r
Number two - you have got visual. So you are watching a teacher speak, you are watching a TED Talk, youre watching a workshop, and finally\r
\r
And finally, three - Auditory. So you are listening to a podcast, or you are listening to a teacher, and this is how your body assimilates and absorbs information. However if you want to super-learn, and really absorb the knowledge to regurgitate even faster, quicker, more efficiently, is you combine all three.\r
\r
So, this is what I do when I read a book. First of all, I dont read a book, I do a case study on the book. I highly recommend if you havent already read the book, How to Read a Book. Fantastic book, in f, Jim Rohn highly recommends it, and it was game changer for me, and just understanding that you do not read word for word, and in f, that you ually go through the book as a detective. Okay, I am not going to go through the whole gist of it, but to give you the 411, is you have a blank piece of paper, and you basically go through the beginning of the chapter, the end of the chapter, you look for detail words, such as because and therefore, and you really figure out what the author is trying to teach you, or the author is trying to tell you. So, I basically summarize a whole book on an 8 x 11 paper. When Im done with the book, I plug in the authors name into YouTube and usually the author has a TED Talk or has been featured on podcasts, and then Ill listen to it, and then usually I follow that summary I just had.\r
\r
Third of all, is if you cant find a TED Talk. So, it its a TED Talk, you hit two birds with one stone. You are doing both auditory and youre doing visual. If you cant find visual, I highly, and I repeat, I highly recommend that you draw an image or a cartoon, something that can connect that with that book.\r
\r
So lets re-cap that.\r
Number 1: You do a case study on the book. You go through the first chapter, three pages, last three pages of the first chapter; second chapter first three pages, last three pages. You make a summary of the book.\r
Number 2: You plug in the authors name into YouTube. Hopefully there is a talk where you can visually see him or her and hear them, and then cross-reference what they said with your notes, because truthfully, most of these authors can summarize their whole book in an hour.\r
\r
Now, the final piece, which I havent mentioned yet. The final piece for really enhancing your learning capability, is teaching. This really cements the knowledge inside of your brain. As soon as you have done that process of the case study for the book, going through YouTube, podcasts, or TED Talk, I want you now to write a blog post about it. I want you to do a video about it such as this. In f, I am doing this video from the book, How To Read the Book. I want you to teach your friend, I want you to teach your family what you just learned. If you dont use it, youll lose it. Yes, its very true when it comes to the human body and the human mind. So, teach, become a teacher. At the end of the day, we are all teachers in this life.\r

So there you have it. That is how I super-learn. I do case studies on books, I plug the name into YouTube, I cross reference that from my summary, and then finally I do a video such as this or write a blog post about this.\r

Ajwain or Carom seeds contain nutrients and minerals along with fat, protein, fiber, sugar, minerals, calories, etc. We normally use Ajwain, ajowan, omam or carom seeds that play an important role in all the home remedies for cold, cough and chest congestion in babies ,toddlers and adults and so taking cue from there I have tried to make an easy remedy which is quite effective in treating severe cold and cough within a short time! Ajwain seeds are also known t0 increase gastrointestinal secretions which enhances the efficiency of digestive functions. It is effective in relieving severe stomach pain. Thymol, the essential oil extred from Carom seeds are used as anti-berial and anti-fungal. Ajwain which contains the highest percentage of Thymol is used as antiseptic and in the treatment of cough and asthma. Ajwain is also very effective in major respiratory problems such as common cold, cough, bronchitis and nasal congestion.\r

Ajwain is one of the popular Indian spices and are used by pregnant women during the gestation period and even after delivery as it enhances the digestive power. Since most of the time after delivery, women tend to rest a lot, so ajwain relives them from the gastric issues!\r

Ajwain has the following medicinal properties-\r
The thymol, present in ajwain gives it antimicrobial properties and thus helps to relieve congestion. Ajwain seeds are of olive green to brownish color and have oval or elliptical shape. They are very flavoring and these tiny spice seeds have enormous health paybacks too. Ajwain seeds are very beneficial for digestive and respiratory problems. Ajwain kadha or herbal concoction with ajwain can be given to babies of 6 months and above. It is a very simple and effective recipe to combat cough and cold.\r

Ingredients:\r
\r
Ajwain – 1 teaspoon\r
Tulsi leaves – 8 to 10\r
Dry ginger powder – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)\r
Clove – 1\r
Black pepper – 5\r
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon\r
Jaggery – 1/3 cup\r
Water – 1/2 cup\r

Method of Preparation-\r
\r
Add all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and boil for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid, let it cool and then give it to your little one.\r
\r
For new born babies and above 1 year, 2 tablespoons of honey can also be added to the recipe/ kadha (once it is cold) and then can be given!\r
Dosage:\r
\r
Babies between 6 months to year can have 1 teaspoon twice a day. They can have it twice in morning post meal and in night for three consecutive days.\r
\r
Kids above 18 months can be given 1.5tsp, twice a day. It can be given two times in morning and 3 times at night.\r
\r
For babies above 1 year: 1.5-2 tsp in the morning, afternoon & after meals and at night for 3 days. Ajwain is not that effective if it is taken with other cough syrups or medicines. So please do not take any other medicine or cough syrups along with Ajwain!\r

Chito made friends with the croc after finding him with a gunshot wound on the banks of the Central American state's Parismina river 20 years ago. Hello and welcome to Lego Loft. Im stacks and today weve been to the LEGO Store to buy some more Lego! Weve had another trip to the LEGO Store and weve picked up not one, not two, not three but four pick a brick cups and weve also got a build a minifigure pack and one of these pirate sets, thats our second one. In 1. So this is Pipers first cup. Ill get these pieces out, lets see what hes got. Stay on the table, please stay on the table Lego. Right, I instructed piper to get me plenty of roof slopes cause I like building roofs out of roof slopes. We only got them in 2 by 4, theres no smaller ones or corner pieces which is a bit annoying. I want more variety, come on Lego Store. Weve got them in red and black. I saw these green bricks and I like this green colour. I though Im going to build a green wall, I said Piper, get me some of them green pieces He got 4. Thats going to be a really small wall. We go some of these tail fins for planes. He got trans yellow studs and 1 by 1 trans clear plates. Lets get it in the box. Tidy up. I hope all you kids at home tidy your Lego when youre finished playing with it, that means you should never tidy it because you should never finish playing with it. You should always play with your Lego, I do. In 2. This is my selection of Lego elements. Ive got some green plates. What else? I see some yellow jumpers. I can see some big bricky bits, light blue 2 by 4 bricks. Also white orange and red. We got 1 by 4 brown brick. 2 by 2 tan and orange tiles. Plates here, 2 by 8 plate. 1 by 8 tile in red. White grate bits, theyre Gr-r-reat. Number 3. Pipers second lot of Lego. This one looks like its gonna be messy. Orange tiles again. Its going everywhere, careful! Stay put Lego. Dont roll off the table. These cylinder pieces have a mind of their own. Are you staying still? Okay, theyre staying still, lets do it. Weve got these white fence pieces. Loads of studs. And finally. This is the last pick a brick cup of the day. Its got some sticky tape, get off of my fingers. Lets open it up. Weve got some 1 by 4 white arch pieces, but thats not all. Nice selection. White doors in frames. Flowers, white, red and pink and green stems. Im obsessed with 2 by 2 by 2 light grey slopes. More tan tile and 1 by 2 purple tiles. Green bumper pieces and 2 by 1 curved slopes. And wheel pieces. Did you know That LEGO are the worlds largest manufurer of tyres, thats crazy but awesome. Got some of these windscreen (windshield) pieces for cars. weve got a crate and inside Ive put some ruby red gemstones. Green headlight bricks and trans orange cheese slopes. This is all of the pick a brick haul. That is tons of Lego, fifty pounds worth. we only got 2 minifigures even though its a 3 pack. We were very naughty and stuffed loads of extra accessories in there hoping wed get away with it. We did get away with it I dont think they wanted to complain since we spent a lot of money. A top hat, some blue plates, stuck together heads. We wanted more faces. Weve got some seagulls, blond hair. A printed piece, I dont know what it is but I like printed pieces so I got it. A scorpion, frying pan, a long bone. Weve got a gold piece which is in the form of a crystal. We got goggles. In Palos Verdes, California in February of 2016, a driver of a Lexus lost control of his car and hit two cars before ending his drive on the roof of someones house. Unfortunately, the roof and the car sustained damage; however, the driver suffered minor injuries. The cause of the crash was a medical condition of the driver.\r

In London in February 2008, a double-decker bus underestimated itself when it tried to drive through a low bridge. The bus lost its top half and 15 people were hurt or suffered shock from the incident; however, no one was seriously injured. \r

A driver lost control and crashed his car into an unsuspecting house in Lowestoft, Suffolk, the UK on March 24th, new. The car ended up at about 4 feet off the ground. The car got enough air to jump over a hedge and two parked cars before embedding itself into the house much to the dismay of the owner of the house. The driver suffered serious head injuries and had to be released by firefighters; however eventually recovered. The crash caused a gas leak in the house but, no one was injured in the house.\r

This semi truck learned a hard lesson. Not everyone is meant to fly. You tend to need hollow bones and wings or some kind of jet propeller system for that. \r
